Welcome to FlowSeat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website theflowseat.com ("Site") and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

3. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Prices are displayed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlowSeat purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
• You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product

7. Product Warranty

FlowSeat products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than FlowSeat
• Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

8. Intellectual Property
